• Quick Handling: Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Verification: To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate billing and shipping details at checkout. Any incorrect information may cause delays.

2. Shipping Methods

• Standard Delivery: Usually takes 5–7 business days within India (urban areas may receive faster delivery).

• Standard Delivery : Orders above a certain value of ₹549 is qualify for free standard Delivery within India.

• Flat Rate Shipping: For smaller orders, a minimal flat rate may apply, visible at checkout.

• Couriers generally make two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, they may contact you to reschedule.

• Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours with pictures, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.

• ScentRatna will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
